Our experience will take place at a small and private traditional business in Seville most beautiful area. Our activity will be separated into 3 main parts that will complete a whole meal (lunch or dinner).
To start with we will taste some products of the Andalusian agriculture, such as tomatoes, olives and our star product and one of the most exported: Olive oil.
From the soil we’ll pass to the stockbreeding industry, very important for the rural areas around Seville. The Iberian pork is part of our culture and we’ll enjoy three of its products, the Iberian ham, the chorizo and the pork loin. These farms will also produce a lot of milk which will be used to prepare our lovely cheeses. We’ll try the goat’s and sheep’s cheese.
To end with we’ll travel to the Andalusian seaside. In this last part we will have two special tapas. Smoked and salted fish is a great business sector for the coast villages and these processes have remained the same than in past generations.
Every part of the experience will include a glass of wine from the region. We have chosen them depending on the tapas but you will feel free to change if you prefer.
As a culmination we’ll finish our experience with an extra toast with a local dessert wine.
